We pride ourselves on upholding the family-oriented values that we had when we began in the industry over seven decades ago. These values are the foundation of everything we do and are the basis of our dedication to continual improvement.

Plantgistix is still family-owned and we continue to be dedicated to our company, our people and our customers. We are large enough to have the resources to serve large corporations, yet small enough to be nimble and responsive. Our customers and our employees know they always have access to the owners and executives of the company and that we care about their success.

Safety

Safety Is Who We Are

At Plantgistix, we have an award-winning safety program. We believe being safe is not just about checking off boxes—it is a mindset. And that is why we have been injury-free for over eight years.

How do we do it? It begins and ends with making sure our employees are deeply engaged with our safety standards. We talk about it—a lot. Then we walk the talk. Our own processes and policies ensure safety is considered in every task, and we continually strive to improve our safety systems. We compare ourselves to other industries and companies and constantly look for new ways to implement and improve safety measures.

We have achieved our safety record through our dedication to the cause of being safe—because every employee has the right to go home safe.
